Paris Bastian
Marriage & Family Therapy Student
Paris is a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) student at Northwestern University and currently an intern at The Collective Wellness Institute. Paris works with individuals, couples, and families and brings a thoughtful, relational approach to therapy that centers curiosity, collaboration, and care. Paris is passionate about supporting clients through difficult transitions and helping them identify and shift patterns that may no longer align with their values or well-being.
Her work is informed by Internal Systems Therapy (IST), which emphasizes understanding internal experiences and developing greater self awareness and self compassion. Paris believes that therapy is most effective within a trusting, supportive relationship and strives to create a space that feels open, respectful, and affirming. Treatment is individualized and shaped around each client’s goals, strengths, and needs. As a lifelong learner, Paris is committed to continued clinical growth and providing intentional, inclusive care that supports clients across different stages of life.
