Yes, we accept most Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare plans, along with several EAPs. We also offer a sliding scale and partner with community programs such as STEP UP and the Loveland Foundation.
In some cases, yes. If your insurance includes a copay or deductible, you will typically pay that amount at the start of your session. Our intake specialist will inform you of the exact rate during your intake appointment.
Once you complete your intake with our specialist, your first appointment is usually scheduled within 7-14 days.

Any cancellation, or rescheduling of an appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or greater.
Medical necessity refers to healthcare services that are essential for diagnosing, treating, or managing a patient's condition and meet accepted medical standards. It determines whether a service is covered by insurance or needs to be paid by the client.
