Yes, we offer a sliding scale and we accept most Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare plans. We also accept several EAP’s and have partnered with community programs such as STEP UP and the Loveland Foundation among others.
In some cases, yes. If you have a copay or deductible through your insurance, you'll likely need to pay that amount at the start of your session. Our Intake specialist will inform you of the rate during your intake appointment.
After completing your intake with our specialist, you can typically expect your first appointment within 7-14 days.
Yes, we offer telehealth services if you are in a state where we are licensed to provide therapy.
Any cancellation, or rescheduling of an appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or greater.
Medical necessity refers to healthcare services that are essential for diagnosing, treating, or managing a patient's condition and meet accepted medical standards. It determines whether a service is covered by insurance or needs to be paid by the client.
