Yes, we accept most Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare plans, along with several EAPs. We also offer a sliding scale and partner with community programs such as STEP UP and the Loveland Foundation.
In some cases, yes. If your insurance plan includes a copay or deductible, you’ll typically pay that amount at the start of your session. During your intake appointment, our specialist will provide all the details about your payment options.
After completing your intake with our coordinator, in most cases, we’ll schedule your first appointment within 7 to 14 days. We’re excited to support you on your journey to wellness!
Absolutely! We provide telehealth therapy for clients in states where we’re licensed, making it easier for you to access care from the comfort of your home.
Any cancellation, or rescheduling of an appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or greater.
Medical Necessity refers to healthcare services that are essential for diagnosing, treating, or managing your condition according to accepted medical standards. It helps determine whether your insurance will cover a service or if it will require out-of-pocket payment.
